I have been making ceramics for about 3 years now, and it has become an important part of my life. Oftentimes, I will go after work, on a slow weekend, or really any time as a way to relax and decompress. As a byproduct of this creative outlet, I end up creating many many ceramic pieces, some of which are more practical than others. These are often popular as gifts, and I likle being able to show them to my friends, family, and other people. So, to be able to do this without just inviting people to my home, which can take a long time and doesn't always show all of the things that I have made, I came up with a "virtual studio" idea. Within this virtual studio, I want to be able to showcase my work as you would see it in an art gallery. This means generating a "room" for all of the pieces (procedurally), and then placing them on showcase pedestals within this room, at intervals and arrangements that you would normally see in an art gallery.
